Symptoms and harms
Dr. Lal said that the infection of fungus starts from the nose, brown or yellow colored material comes out from the nose, this is the initial sign of black fungus, then the infection gradually reaches the eyes, after which it enters the eyes. The pain, the redness increases and then the affected person loses sight.
Treatment
He said that reasonable arrangements have been made for the treatment of black fungus in the medical college, the patient can be saved from major damage by providing timely medical aid.

Another doctor, Keshu Swamy, said that “the fungus is found in the environment and the risk of spreading it increases during the rainy season.”
