TVs and smartphones, small children are an enemy of mental health, research
Helsinki: After a long research in Finland, experts have warned that small children watching cartoon films on TV, smartphones and tablets, etc. are just five years old, many psychological problems.
This research was done by the Children’s Psychology, Dr. Julia Pawon, headed by 2011 to 2011.
Meanwhile, reviewing the daily use of TV, smartphone and tablet in 699 children of five years (and and a half years), and trying to know how these devices impact on these children’s temperament.

Emotional problems such as dishonesty, fear, anxiety and depression;
Practice problems, such as anti-behavior, quarreling and intense difficulty to overcome anger etc. And
Attractive problems, especially response mood, troubleshooting in many ways simultaneously and to focus.
This discovery is important because of technology development as well as the tendency to use smartphone and tablet in children and adults.

Do not sit late in front of computers, smartphones and tablet screens, but provide more opportunities for other engagement so that they should be safe from psychological problems in the young age.
