Side effects after the corona vaccine should not be ignored
WASHINGTON: There are some side effects that are common after the corona vaccine and there is no need to worry about it. However, there are some side effects that should be referred to a doctor as soon as they appear.
The corona virus has crippled the world since December 2019, with commercial activities stalled, schools closed, important events postponed and flights suspended, but now a ray of light in the dark has appeared in the form of a vaccine.
There have been more than six vaccines against the deadly corona virus and vaccinations have been launched in developed countries. However, it is important to know about the side effects of the vaccine.
Anthony Faucci, a world-renowned American epidemiologist, warns that the corona vaccine, like any other vaccine, may have minor side effects that should be ignored.
Common side effects go away on their own in two to three days. These include joint pain, muscle spasms, headaches, fatigue and fever, but there is also a symptom that should not be ignored.
According to Dr. Fauchi, the most dangerous side effect or symptom is itching, gallstones or inflammation on the skin because these symptoms do not usually appear after any vaccine.
Fauchi, an epidemiologist, said the symptoms on the skin could mean an allergy to the vaccine’s ingredients, which is a medical emergency and the victim should be taken to hospital immediately.
