The process of vaccinating people aged 60 and above across the country, including Punjab, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and Sindh, has begun.
Secretary Health Punjab Muhammad Usman said that 104 vaccination centers are functioning at district and tehsil level across the province and a total of 20 vaccination counters have been set up in the expo center.

Khyber Pakhtunkhwa has also started the process of corona vaccination for people over 60 years of age.
According to the KP health department, people over the age of 60 are being vaccinated in hospitals. More than 4,000 senior citizens have registered for corona vaccination. The first priority will be to vaccinate people over the age of 80.
Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Health Department officials said that after the vaccination, the senior citizens would be kept in the centers for 30 minutes and information related to the health of the senior citizens would also be registered.
The provincial health department says Khyber Pakhtunkhwa has received a total of 56,000 vaccines from the federal government.
Like Punjab and KP, the process of vaccinating senior citizens against corona has started in Sindh.
According to the Sindh Health Department, an SMS is being sent to the registered senior citizens above 60 years of age for vaccination. The senior citizens can go to the concerned center on SMS and get vaccinated.
