Keep track of your photos
It is encouraging to see a change in yourself that gives you the courage to persevere. Set a record with your photos. When you compare yourself to these pictures a few days later, you will notice a difference which will motivate you to continue exercising.
Start with small steps
When you start exercising or walking, you don’t have to put pressure on yourself to exercise as much as possible and increase the duration of the walk, but start with less time and shorter steps first. There is no harm in taking a short walk on the first day, but gradually increase it later.
Keep reminding yourself that it is always better to do something than to do nothing and that way you can get rid of the feeling of failure and fear.
Choose exercise wisely
Choose any exercise for yourself that you can enjoy, it should not be just exercise.
