Fish is considered to be the most important source of seafood for humans around the world, which is why health experts consider it an essential part of the diet.

McMaster University’s in-depth analysis of several large research reports from more than 60 countries found that eating high-fat fish increased the risk of stroke, such as heart disease or stroke. People who suffer from coronary heart disease are prevented.

This is because fish contains omega-3 fatty acids that significantly reduce the risk of coronary heart disease and stroke.
