Perfection of honey, eggs, yogurt and ghee
Honey has been used for centuries for health as well as beauty. Honey contains minerals and vitamins for the skin. In addition, honey has a great ability to retain skin moisture. That is, it is also an excellent moisturizer. It also naturally contains an antiseptic substance, which helps wounds and scratches to heal faster.
For cleaning
To cleanse the skin, 2 teaspoons of honey contains one teaspoon of vitamin A and three drops of apricot kernel oil (this oil is used in Hunza and Gilgit) and one teaspoon of rose liqueur Mix well and apply on face and neck and after 10 minutes clean with a warm wet cloth.
It should be noted that the vitamin H is encapsulated in liquid form in capsules.
This oil can be obtained by piercing them with a needle. Similarly, instead of apricot oil, almond oil can be used, but also oily pumpkin sweet (real) is a great substitute.
For dry lips
For chapped or dry lips, mix a teaspoon of rose liqueur in 2 teaspoons of honey and keep it in a bottle and apply it on the lips in the morning and evening.
For dry skin
For dry skin (especially the elbows and knees), mix a little honey with warm water and wash and dry after 10 minutes.
